LAdventures: 26 beach

seth and martha are two of my very best friends.
together, we are PMS. together, we are ridiculous.
i wouldn't have it any other way.

martha's in utah, seth's in bakersfield, i'm in LA.
once or twice a year, the planets align and we all end
up in the same place. that happened this month. my heart was glad.
as was my belly, after our DELICIOUS brunch at 26 beach.
the brunch is amazing, but the burgers...seriously, the burgers. i die.

kogi.

dusty and i braved the crowds and hopped in
line for the kogi truck. it's korean bbq to-go. they announce
their locations via twitter and the peeps line up to partake.
sometimes they wait for HOURS. luckily, our wait wasn't bad.

short rib tacos? spicy pork quesadillas?
oh my yum. i'm all in.

check out the travelin' bit o' deliciousness
on twitter to find a kogi truck near you.

i think i understand how flummoxed
people were in the olden days when new
inventions were introduced.
cotton gin. microwave oven. velcro.

what will they think of next?
